Kelvin K. Phoon has over 25 years of experience creating client improvements in technology-based and time-critical companies. Through consulting and interim management roles, his accomplishments include dramatic performance impacts in product development and operations resulting in critically recovered projects and fully ingrained processes. Before co-founding Accel Management Group, Mr. Phoon was a Principal with PRTM and a lead consultant in the product development practice at the firm. His previous experience includes related responsibilities for Booz Allen & Hamilton and NASA. Mr. Phoon earned Engineering and MBA Degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Dartmouth College. He is CPIM certified.

Steven E. Afshar has over 25 years of domestic and international experience throughout the life sciences and high-technology industries. His accomplishments include the successful development and implementation of leading operations strategies, high performance manufacturing techniques, and integrated product development practices. Before co-founding Accel Management Group, Mr. Afshar was a Principal with PRTM. His previous experience includes a variety of operating positions with IVAC Corporation (BD). Mr. Afshar graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with BSE, MSE, and MBA Degrees. He is CPIM and CQE certified.
